Each can generate 3 channels, providing 6 FM synthesizer channels. The device is also compatible with <a class=\"def\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Yamaha_YM2612\" rel=\"nofollow\">YM2612<\/a> (OPN2), meaning it can play Sega MegaDrive\/Genesis music, with some limitations.      <br class=\"def\"><br class=\"def\"><strong class=\"def\">MIDI<\/strong><br class=\"def\">It allows playing *.mid music files using synthesized musical instruments stored in the chip. It uses the SAM2695 processor. Features 256 musical instrument samples, 64-channel polyphony, effects (reverb, chorus), stereo.<br class=\"def\"><strong class=\"def\"><br class=\"def\">SAA1099<\/strong><br class=\"def\">This is a sound card built around the 6-channel Phillips <a class=\"def\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Philips_SAA1099\" rel=\"nofollow\">SAA1099<\/a> chip, used in early SoundBlasters and Sam Coupe.<strong class=\"def\"><br class=\"def\"><br class=\"def\">General Sound <\/strong><br class=\"def\">This sound card is designed for playing 4-channel MOD modules (from Amiga and PC computers) and individual samples (both Amiga-signed and unsigned PC samples).
